For Men and Women

Class meets throughout the year on Wednesday evenings 6:30 to 7:45 pm every week.

Christ-centered stretching and strengthening uses the physical poses of yoga to support health of body, mind and spirit. Basic principles of optimal alignment, breathing and body awareness will be taught. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel.

Suggested fee: ‘Suggested’ contribution is $10-15 per class, on a pay-what-you-can-as-you-can basis. We don’t want anyone to miss out due to financial constraints. Contact Cissy Brady-Rogers at or 626.254.1724 to register or for more information.
